Privacy policy
How we handle your information.
Effective September 2, 2026
JBC Growth ("we", "us") operates jbcgrowth.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you request an audit through the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company website, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. We use them to respond to you and to prepare the audit you asked for.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. It records pages viewed, the approximate location and device type of visitors, how you arrived at the site, and whether a form was submitted. Google sets cookies to do this. Our hosting provider, Webflow, also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and deliver the audit or proposal you asked for
- To understand which pages and channels bring visitors to the site, so we can improve it
- To keep the site secure and working
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising to you. We will not add you to a mailing list because you submitted a form.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed and stored by Webflow, which hosts this site and delivers submissions to us by email. Usage data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms. We share information beyond that only when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics choices
Google Analytics cookies are the only non-essential cookies this site sets. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google's browser add-on for opting out of Analytics. The site works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to handle your request and any engagement that follows, then delete them. Analytics data is retained by Google for the period set in our account, currently 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, along with the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, use the contact form and tell us it is a privacy request. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions and analytics data are stored by providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
